What can I use to cut and modify vinyl flooring?

A hand saw or utility blade will work but we recommend using a vinyl cutter. When selecting a cutter, choose one that cuts the width and depth of your selected vinyl flooring. Remember, always wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses, dust mask, etc.) when removing or installing flooring.
