See how Creighton Grose, an interior designer and agent with COMPASS Atlanta, teamed up with an investor to revitalize and polish a 6,000 square foot gem. With the help of one of the Floor & Decor Design Studio’s top-notch designers, they created a one-of-a-kind home that stands out on the market.
Working with Design Services
Creighton has worked with Floor & Decor before, but for this project, he decided to take this project to the next level with [Design Services](https://www.flooranddecor.com/design-scheduler). He had a vision for what he wanted to do, and from his first visit to our studio, he partnered with Designer Melody Vaughn to bring it to life. Working together, they were able to translate ideas into reality while keeping everything in budget.
The Design Studio
Working within the Design Studio, Melody consulted Creighton on the latest styles available, including the new [Bohemia Hot Glass Mosaic](https://www.flooranddecor.com/s/floor-decor/glass-tile/bohemia-art-hot-glass-mosaic-101011237.html) they installed in the wet bar. The Design Studio also provided the perfect opportunity to mix and match samples in selecting materials for the rest of the home, such as the [Carrara Diamond Mosaic](https://www.flooranddecor.com/s/floor-decor/marble-stone/basalt-bianco-carrara-honed-diamond-mosaic-100999853.html) surround for the in-ground pool.
Finding Unique, High-Performance Products
Creighton knew from the start that this home was going to be something special, a place that stood out from everything else on the market. Working with Melody, they created several standout spaces — such as the primary bathroom with a stunning ombre mosaic wall, a sauna-inspired shower with [Ribbon Oak Ceramic Tile](https://www.flooranddecor.com/dimensional-tile/ribbon-oak-ceramic-tile-101022655.html), and a statement wall using the [Floresta Verde Porcelain Tile](https://www.flooranddecor.com/s/floor-decor/porcelain-tile/floresta-verde-polished-porcelain-tile-100996917.html?keywordBeforeRedirect=100996917).
Although form was top of mind, function was a priority. The team chose [AquaGuard Park Meadow Waterproof Laminate](https://www.flooranddecor.com/s/floor-decor/aquaguard-performance/park-meadow-waterproof-laminate-100963099.html) for the terrace level, creating a high performance space.
In-Style & On-Budget
Thanks to Floor & Decor’s unbeatable prices, Creighton was able to pull out all the stops for this investment and still come in under budget. From large format dramatic tile and luxury laminate in the speakeasy to specialty vanities and mosaics throughout, the home is a showstopper from top to bottom. The quality of the materials really shines in each thoughtfully designed space.
One-Of-A-Kind Home
By partnering with our [Design Studio](https://www.flooranddecor.com/design-studio.html) and [free Design Services](https://www.flooranddecor.com/design-scheduler), Creighton was able to create a home that is truly like nothing else on the market. The future homeowners are sure to revel in this one-of-a-kind home for years to come.
