What are my delivery options?

For your convenience, we offer a selection of delivery options.

ONLINE DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Most items ship either curbside or parcel freight (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) depending on size and weight. All deliveries are made by third-party carriers. Additional shipping options may be available if shopping in person at your local store.
• Some products may ship directly from the vendor instead of your local store. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on distance, carrier, and unforeseen circumstances.

IN-STORE DELIVERY OPTIONS 

• Most of our locations offer parcel, curbside, 1st threshold, and/or white glove delivery through third-party carriers. Some items are only eligible for curbside or parcel delivery dependent on size and weight. Please note that some delivery types might be limited, and prices may vary depending on your needs and the physical environment of the destination.
   
  • Curbside: Pallet of product delivered to the curb or sidewalk at the end of the destination driveway. Customer is responsible for relocating product to desired location post-delivery. Delivery methods include Box Truck with Liftgate (paved driveway/road), Flatbed & Moffett, or Pick-Up Truck & Hand Unload.
     
  • 1st Threshold: Pallet of product delivered onto the driveway or in the garage of destination (dependent on destination eligibility) Customer responsible for relocating product to desired location post-delivery. Delivery methods include Box Truck with Liftgate (Most Common), Pick-Up Truck, Flatbed & Moffett, or Hand Unload. Flatbed & Moffett deliveries will be placed on the driveway or placed into the garage, where physically possible.
     
  • White Glove: Product unloaded from the pallet and delivered inside to room of choice on the entry-level of the home or job site by the carrier (not available at all locations). Delivery methods include Box Truck with Liftgate (Most Common), Pick-Up Truck, or Hand Unload.
     
  • Jobsite: Flatbed & Moffett is typically used for jobsite deliveries to unpaved/gravel roads or steep driveways. and have multiple pallets. Flatbed & Moffett deliveries are not available in all locations. If we are unable to locate this service in your area, you will be notified.

Floor & Decor aims to offer delivery 7 days a week up to 100 miles for 1 pallet deliveries from the store in most markets. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on distance, carrier, and unforeseen circumstances. Please confirm with your local store that 7-day delivery is available in your region. Please note that carriers do not deliver on national holidays.
